Muru Wool Mill is a young but highly experienced small-scale spinning mill, where traditional craftsmanship, modern technology, and a passion for natural wool come together. Our goal is to add value to wool by transforming it into high-quality yarns and other wool products.

We use semi-worsted spinning equipment to process natural animal fibres. We provide custom spinning services for sheep, alpaca, goat, dog, and rabbit breeders in Estonia and abroad. Our equipment and expertise allow us to work flexibly with a wide range of fibre types, processing volumes, and yarn specifications. We process each batch of wool individually, selecting the most suitable processing parameters based on its unique characteristics. This ensures that high-quality wool is transformed into high-quality yarn while preserving its natural properties.

We produce yarn from sheep, alpaca, goat, dog, and rabbit fibres, as well as blends of these fibres. We are also able to produce 100% alpaca and 100% Angora rabbit yarn – a service not offered by every spinning mill. a service not offered by every spinning mill.

Sustainability is also an important part of our work. We strive to make the best possible use of every valuable fibre. Finer wool is spun into high-quality yarns, while the remaining fibre is used to produce carded wool, rug yarn, and other wool products. Whenever possible, production by-products are also given a new purpose, helping to reduce waste and make the most of this natural raw material.
